When you're stressed, this trick will help...

Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor, keeping your back upright.

Either close your eyes or rest your gaze on a single spot in front of you.

Breathe through your nose.  Feel your breathe as it enters and leaves your nostrils.  Your mind may wander, remember to gently bring your thoughts back to the breath.

You may feel sleepy, so avoid doing this during your low energy times.

Focusing your attention inward for 20 minutes a day can decrease anxiety and can increase energy levels.
