In order to receive proper credit for your referrals they MUST have:
a) A valid email address upon regsitering.
b) A PayPal ID (they gotta sign up with PayPal).
c) Have a profile picture.
d) Have a valid IP address!
e) They must BE ALIVE and active at least once after registerting!
f) They must be NEW referrals! Not ones that have registered before the date of this contest!
