Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T. bacon bits
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. jalapenos, halved lenghtwise and seeded
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions
Combine cheese, bacon, and seasonings. Spoon into pepper halves.
Roll in bread crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake uncovered
at 300degress for 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
