Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 TBS tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed fine
2 TBS parsley
1 TBS lemon juice
salt and freshly grated pepper to taste
Directions:
Beat for 20 seconds in the blender. Chill for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
