1 pkg. 8oz cream cheese (fat-free or light)
1 reduced fat (or fat-free) graham cracker crust
1 tub (8oz) whipped topping (fat-free, sugar free, or light)
12 packets of splenda (or other non-sugar sweetener) use more or less packets to taste if desired.
Beat cream cheese and sugar with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours until set. Add canned pie filling or fresh fruit if you want.
Makes 8 servings.
