Spike Lee, who is usually known for making controversy, is now just making complaints.

He claims he's not "rich-rich" saying, "Rich is Spielberg. Lucas. Gates. Steve Jobs. Jay-Z! Bruce Springsteen. I'm not complaining. But that's money. Will Smith. Oprah Winfrey - that's a ton of money. Compared to them, I'm on welfare!"

Oh really? Can welfare afford houses on the Upper East Side and Martha's Vineyard, and private school for the kiddies?

Oh okay, so one time he was spotted with his fam flying economy class…to the Bahamas!

Shaquille O'Neal is in need to sell his old house.

The basketball star with the Superman complex has just re-listed his home for sale. Shaq's been trying to sell his Miami Beach mansion on Star Island for some time now. His original asking price last year was $35 million!

Good luck selling it for that much in this economy!

Shaq originally bought the property back in 2004 for just $18.4 million when the real estate market was doing well.

But it seems we can't all get what we want. And reports show that he's just put his house back on the market for $10 million less.

Apparently, last November he had a prospective buyer going after it for $35 million, but the buyer backed out.

So now, for just $25 million you can buy Shaq's former crib.

Pete Wentz is a whole helluvalot paranoid! And the rocker even admits it as he struggles to control his anxiety.

Pete says, "I'm paranoid pretty much all the time. I can take three Xanax and not feel a thing."

Time for something a bit stronger maybe? Though only legal drugs, of course.

He also reveals that he tries not to read about himself online. Guess it doesn't help with the anxiety.

Pete adds, "I was letting the blogs get to me. It's semi-frustrating when your name actually becomes a synonym for douche bag."

And as for any New Years resolutions, he says he's trying to change his way of living, especially now with baby Bronx around.

Says the "douchebag", "I'm working on not swearing around Bronx. I know I have a bit of a bad mouth."

Audience members yesterday at CBS' Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson got a bit of a surprise.

Ferguson told everyone in the audience that during the holidays he got married to his longtime girlfriend, Megan Wallace Cunningham, who's an art dealer.

He's a new U.S. citizen and a new husband!

The 46 year-old said, “The wedding took place in Vermont, where they have legalized gay civil unions, and I married a woman." And referring to his wedding band, he said “It’s not just bling.”

This is Ferguson's third marriage! He also has a 7 year-old son from his second marriage.

So let's hope the third time is a charm.

Ferguson added about his wedding, “But, I am European, so I was both the groom and the maid of honor," he joked referring to the kilt he wore during the ceremony.

The Scottish comedian even said he'd love to get a celebrity couple name, like Brangelina and TomKat, even suggesting "Cragan.

Unfortunately, Ferguson is forgetting that celebrity couples only get nicknames when they marry other celebrities. You need to marry up, as we mention in our new book.

Queen Latifah will stay on as a $pokeswhore for Jenny Craig.

Because she still has a lot more work left to do????

The singer and actress became a rep for the company last year. And, now, reports are confirming that Latifah will continue her job representing the company through 2009.

Scott Parker, vice president of marketing for Jenny Craig, said "We are proud of Queen Latifah's achievements and are excited to continue the relationship. Queen Latifah embodies the healthy lifestyle principles and character that Jenny Craig stands for and we look forward to another great year."

We guess they didn't feel the same way about Kirstie Alley.

Actress Alyssa Milano is getting married.

The 36 year-old's rep has confirmed the news that she is marrying Creative Artists Agency agent David Bugliari.

The happy couple got engaged last month - on December 18th - after a year of dating.

A wedding date has not yet been set.

After dating several Major League pitchers, Milano had said in an interview back in 2007 "I've gotten such shit about my dating choices. Like, every single article … is about how I'm 'the chick that dates athletes… I'd love to just find a good plumber or doctor."

Yea, somehow we doubted she'd go for a plumber.

We're talking about India, the black American Shorthair cat who died yesterday, Monday, at the White House.

The cat belonged to daughter Barbara, who named the puss after former Texas Ranger baseball player, Ruben "El Indio" Sierra, when she was 9 years old.

India was 18 years old.

Although there's no evidence of foul play, we wouldn't be surprised if Biting Barney is at the bottom of this!

We have to give it up to Aubrey O'Day. The former potential celebrity and current Z-lister knows how to work the media quite well.

In a recent interview with MTV, Aubrey O'Gay opens up about her alleged bi-sexuality and love life.

She says, "I think it's funny that so many people care. I mean, half the time, I don't even know who I'm gonna love or what I'm gonna feel comfortable exposing myself to."

And she plays into her "bi-sexuality" very well.

The mediawhore says, "I think [the fact] that so many people are wondering along with me definitely puts pressure on my choices! But one thing that I have to say about me that's really always gonna be true, whether people like it or not, is I'm just gonna be me."

Will people really like her more if she's bi? That didn't help Lindsay Lohan's likability.

But Aubrey adds, "I've never gone into an interview in my life and said that we can't talk about something. I've seen since I've been in this industry, probably most of the people that I'm around do that. I don't wanna be that person. I don't wanna be someone who can't talk about who they are — the good and the bad."

And after more boring talk, Aubrey says "I just want to be real. I think we're missing a lot of real people, and just the idea that you can be real and be comfortable with that. I think people are scared to be who they are. And if anybody's gonna go out there and let everybody know, 'Be who you are. I'm OK with it. No judgment here.' I want it to be me."

Back in July, actor Josh "W." Brolin, his W co-star Jeffery "Colin Powell" Wright, and members of the movie crew were arrested in Shreveport, LA after a celebration of the movie's completion got a little out of hand at a local bar.

As we've previously mentioned, cops were called to settle a disturbance caused by one of the movie's crew members and actors Brolin and Wright were pepper sprayed/arrested when they tried to intervene!!

Today, Tuesday, lawyers representing Josh appeared in a Shreveport court on behalf of the actor to face the misdemeanor charge of interfering with police during the arrest of his W. buddy. He faced up to six months in jail and/or a fine of $500 if convicted as charged, according to the city's prosecutor's office.

Well, the actor was granted a district attorney's probation. If he goes until March 11 without getting in further trouble, the charges will be dismissed.

It's reported that the others charged in the incident also got DA's probation, with no court costs or fines assessed.

Shreveport went easy on the Hollywood kids!

It's about time that Amy Winehouse took responsibility for her cracky ways!

According to a new report, Wino has dropped her appeal in a Norwegian drug case and will accept a fine for a 2007 illegal marijuana possession charge.

Thankfully it was just pot she was caught with!

As we've previously mentioned, the crackiest one of all and her 'husband', Blaaaaaake Fielder-Civil, were arrested in October 2007, in the town of Bergen, Norway, on charges of possessing of marijuana. They filed appeals in which they claimed Norwegian police made mistakes in the arrest.

She was recently " target="_blank">summoned to face the Norwegian appeals court on January 12th.

"After a careful review of the whole matter, they decided to drop the appeal," said Wino's Norwegian attorney, Ole Kvelstad.

However, he wouldn't give reasons for the decision to withdraw the appeal.

After her text break up with Gossip Girl hottie Chase Crawford, it seems like country crooner and former American Idol champ Carrie Underwood moved right along to hockey player Mike Fisher, but she managed to keep the romance under wraps until recently.

At Fisher's Ottawa Senators versus the Toronto Maple Leaves game a couple of days ago, Underwood was spotted by the "Hug Cam" (Awww!) embracing onlookers in a VIP box where Mike's brother and parents were seated.

We think the Hug Cam should be used everywhere!

Catching up with him at practice, Fisher declined to comment on the romance, which has apparently been going strong for months.

The couple spent New Year's Eve together, with Carrie and Mike's sister going out for some pre-pAArty pampering, indicating that Carrie and Mike have been dating long enough to get familiar.

Fitness trainer and friend to Fisher, Tony Greco, said, "He’s really happy with her. They’re a perfect match."
